Origin

Where It Begins

Indian coffee begins in land that has carried the crop for centuries. We start there — with named origins, small lots, and estates where the place still matters.

Altitude

Grown Higher

Altitude changes the cup. Cooler air slows the cherry. Slower growth gives the coffee more time to develop structure, sweetness, and depth.

Selection

Chosen, Not Collected

Every lot is cupped before we commit to it. We choose fewer coffees because every origin has to earn its place in the range.

Roast

The Roast Decides

Roasting is where potential becomes a cup. Light preserves brightness. Dark builds body. Medium holds the balance. The roast follows the way you drink.

Grind

Made for Your Method

Each Diviniti line is ground for a specific brewing ritual — espresso, moka pot, French press, or South Indian filter. The method is part of the coffee.

Cup

A Cup Worth Slowing Down For

The final cup is the reason for the restraint before it. Fewer origins. Better lots. The right roast. The right grind. A ritual you can return to.

What We Make

The Range

Four lines. Two bean profiles. Three roast levels. Pick your brew method first — the rest follows.

What's the difference between Arabica and Peaberry?

Arabica is the species — the same variety that most specialty coffee uses. Peaberry is a natural mutation: instead of two beans forming inside each coffee cherry, only one does. It's rounder, denser, and often carries more concentrated flavour. It costs more to source and sort carefully. All our lines use 100% Arabica as the base; Peaberry is an upgrade within the same brew method.

What does Light / Medium / Dark roast actually mean?

Roast level is time in the drum. Light: less time, more of the bean's original character — more acidity, more origin flavour showing through. Dark: more time, the roast itself becomes the flavour — bolder, more bitter. Medium: in between. Most daily drinkers find Medium the most consistent starting point.

What makes something 'specialty coffee'?

Specialty coffee scores 80 or higher on the Specialty Coffee Association's 100-point scale — evaluated on origin, aroma, flavour, and consistency. The opposite is commodity coffee, where price is the only metric. What it means practically: you can trace where it came from, freshness is a priority, and there's genuine variation between origins and roasts worth noticing.

The Ritual Plan

A Standing Order

A single daily drinker finishes a 250g bag in about two weeks. A two-person household, in about a week. We built the Ritual Plan around that math — not around a discount.

Three tiers, each shaped by how coffee is actually consumed at home. You pick the line, the bean, the roast. We send the right amount at the right time. Pause, swap, or cancel any cycle.

The Methods

How to Brew

Each Diviniti line is ground to the specification of a specific brew method. Here is what you need and how to use it.

Who We Are

Our Story

Diviniti began with a quiet conviction: a cup of coffee, made with care, can bring a person closer to whatever they hold sacred. Call it God. Call it stillness. Call it the part of the morning that belongs only to you.

We treat specialty coffee as an initiation — a way in. Not a club. Not a quiz. A first honest cup that opens the door to a longer practice. Indian single-origin, sourced from Karnataka estates we have stood on, roasted to specification in Chennai, with the roast date printed on every bag.

Coffee here is part of a ritual, not a routine. The grind matches the method. The roast matches the way you drink. The bag tells you when it was roasted, because freshness is the promise we keep first.

We do less, but we do it right. Four lines, single origins, small lots. No flavoured shortcuts. No noise. Just a cup worth slowing down for — and the patience to make it the same way every morning.

"Indian specialty coffee, refined enough to be remarkable and open enough to belong on any table."
